This Flash Halloween costume is easily made with cloth items that you probably have at home. It can be made in maximum 2 hours. The difficulty level of making the Flash Halloween costume is medium. there is some painting required for the Flash Halloween costume along with some light sewing and cutting that makes it a bit difficult and a bit time-consuming.

Flash Halloween costume requires following items to be completed with great ease. A solid red ski mask, red turtleneck, red sweat pants or you can have red leggings, Yellow adult size socks, needle, thread, yellow and white fabric, pencil, scissors, sheets of yellow felt fabric, paint brush, cardboard and a small bag of batting or pillow stuffing precisely. Once you have collected the needed items to make the Flash Halloween costume, start making your cool costume.

The first step to make your Flash Halloween costume would be to take your long sleeved red turtle-neck and on each of the sleeves, draw a lightning bolt just below the elbow area. As soon as your lightning bolt is done, take your cardboard and insert it in the sleeve of the turtle-neck neatly. Then take your fabric paint and your paint brush and paint the lightning bolt that you just drew. Let it dry. Repeat the steps 1 to 4 on the second sleeve as well. Now take two pieces of the yellow felt fabric and lay them one on top of the other carefully.After that, draw a lightning bolt on the yellow felt. Make sure that the lightning bolt should be the entire length of the piece of felt.

Now cut out the lightning bolt out of the felt fabric with your scissors. Just take your needle and thread and sew all but not the one side of the lightning bolt up. Use soft stuffing fill Flash’s lightning bolt and sew the end. Now repeat the steps 6 to 9 with the remaining two pieces of yellow felt fabric with you. Take your red ski mask have eye holes cut out and should fit the face. Just over your child’s nose cut a triangle shape so that your child’s nose is visible. Don’t forget to cut an upside down triangle underneath each. It should look like two fangs. Now cut straight down below your child’s chin and discard all the material you just cut out. You’re very near to complete your Flash Halloween costume.

Now sew up the sides where you have cut. After that sew one of Flash’s lightning bolts onto the top of the ski mask and make it just a little bit behind the ear. Now repeat the process on the other side with the other of Flash’s lightning bolts with the same technique. Next pick up the turtle-neck shirt and put the cardboard between the front and back of the shirt. Draw a circle in the middle of your child’s chest area. Now draw a second ring inside the circle. Make sure that the overall look should be of a ring and paint the ring yellow and let dry. Lightning bolts should meet in the middle of the front of the shirt and should form “M” on the front of your shirt. Paint in the lightning bolts with craft paint and let it dry.

Now go back to the ring and paint the middle of the ring white and let it dry. Once it’s dry, draw a lightning bolt through the middle of the ring. Paint it yellow and let it dry. When the front of the shirt is dry, flip over and draw two more lightning bolts. They will connect to the two on the front of the shirt. After that paint it yellow and let it dry. You’re almost at the end of making your Flash Halloween costume. When everything is dry, put your child on the turtleneck, red leggings and ski mask carefully. Let your child put on the shoes as normal. Lastly take the yellow tube socks and put them on over the top of the shoes. You’ve done it!
