Halloween Party Games for Children

It is getting harder and harder to entertain kids these days with all of the elaborate toys and games that are available now. Sometimes you just want to get back to the basics, the classics. Something to consider that may be of interest to children, Halloween party games. This is something you don’t have to be too elaborate with. Halloween tends to be friendly to the classic games of your childhood.

One of many children Halloween party games is the Limbo. Get your little ones to Limbo, Halloween style. Paint your Limbo pole black and drape some spider webs over it. They may be small but even kids need to see just how low they can go under the haunted Limbo pole.

Bobbing for apples never goes out of style. What a cheap, easy, and fun choice for children of all ages. The bigger the better when it comes to the trough, or whatever you have for them to bob out of. If you can get a couple of them going in the same container it can be a hilarious site to see.

The Halloween hot potato version, hot pumpkin, can really get the party started. Have a small pumpkin to pass instead of a potato. Not too big because kids can get a little over zealous when it comes to getting that "hot" pumpkin out of their hands. You don’t want any smashed pumpkins, or little hands or feet.

Really any game can be turned into a Halloween game if you get creative. Let your kids be the judge and have a few tricks up your sleeve just in case they aren’t as impressed by the games of yesteryear as you are.
