Group Halloween Costumes – Adults and Children

If your child is still at the age where they actually want to spend time with you and cling to you, then it could be a lot of fun to dress as a pair for Halloween. Matching adults and children Halloween costumes shouldn’t be too hard to come by. And if you can’t find it in the store then you can always make matching adults and children Halloween costumes yourself.
First you need to come up with an idea. If your little one is small enough that you have to carry him around, dress him up as a dummy and you be the ventriloquist. A little suit and tie with some hinges painted around his lips with non-toxic paint should do the trick. You wouldn’t even need to add anything for your own costume. You could simply be yourself with a talking doll.
Another idea is Dr. Evil and Mini Me, from the Austin Powers movies. Of course you shouldn’t really shave your head but you can find the fake bald heads in most novelty shops. If you are unable to find one, then you might just use a swimming cap. The clothing should be easy to mimic, and again, if you can’t find something in the store you can always make it.
Whichever of these adults and children Halloween costumes you go with, or if you come up with your own, just be sure to have fun with your child. Make it a bonding experience and a Halloween to remember for years to come.
