Funny Costume Ideas For Halloween Party Fun

Yes, Virginia, there are some seriously silly, funny costume ideas out there so people can get in touch with their inner child and have dress up fun on Halloween. If you like to dress up in a humorous Halloween costume I have some funny costume ideas for you. In fact, some of them are down right stupid…but that will make them funny for everyone else.

Come On, Don’t Be Chicken

No I really mean it. Don’t be the silly chicken costume. That is too far over the edge, don’t you think? But it might be good for some hilarious Halloween jokes and if you don’t mind being called yellow than the heck with it. Be the chicken for this years big costume bash. I am not sure this should be at the top of anyone funny costume ideas list. I don’t think you will win any prizes but you will be funny. Or very annoying. I am not really sure which.

Fork You

No, I mean this one too. Fork you, Spoon me, it is two Halloween costumes couples like to wear when they go to a party together. Go home and say “We can go dressed up in a funny couples costume, the fork and spoon.”, I know your partner will be thrilled. Why would you mind being dinnerware, after all, you can say you are the familys good silver. If you want an easy idea for a couple to wear to that big costume party this year, pick this one. Don’t worry, you will not be the center of attention or win a big prize with this silly costume idea but you will be ridiculed. Not as much as the chicken though, so hang out with him.

Bird Brain

Get the Flamingo costume and you will verify what everyone has said for years. You are a big bird brain. And secretly you love the color pink, don’t you? If you have a Fork and a Spoon couples costume following you around, you know this was a big mistake and it is a silly, silly costume. The Silverware wants to hang out with you so they look cooler than someone. And it is working. There is also a Turkey costume, but I can’t even go there. You might end up on someone’s Thanksgiving Dinner table. So, don’t be a turkey. At least not on Halloween…it is way too close to Thanksgiving.

No, trust me, you won’t look hard up if you go dressed up as a man in bed with a woman. You will look like a total nut. Even the guy in the chicken costume will look good next to you. This silly costume reminds me of the old Saturday Night Live skit with Chevy Chase as the Land Shark. He walked around trying to get people to open their doors so he could eat them. And it worked. This must be a really popular funny costume idea because it not only comes in adult sizes, it comes in childrens sizes too. You can go out to your Halloween party as that poor family who was eaten by sharks. That will give everyone something to remember you by.

Thank Goodness They Didn’t Forget The Kids

The silly costume makers did not forget the children. Thank goodness. If we are going to dress up in silly Halloween costumes, lets make the kids do it too. I will take the Ketchup costume for my daughter and you take the Billion Dollar Baby Bunting costume for your infant son. That won’t damage him too much, after all, babies are resilient. Make sure to take a lot of pictures so he doesn’t forget this special night all together.

If Pigs Could Fly

Well, they can with this silly costume idea. The Swine Flu costume is a pig nose with wings. The clever costume designers suggest wearing it with scrubs and a surgical hat. Oh, and carrying a box of tissues as a prop. This one at least keeps the Fork and Spoon away from you. If you want to wear this let your honey go as the doctor who is treating you. That makes this silly costume a silly couples costume idea and all you needed were an extra pair of scrubs.
